(since 1979) economic saboteurs : Official sobriquet of people engaging in a wild fashion of business involving hoarding and other corrupt acts creating artificial scarcity of certain goods or commodities and rising prices that offers them easy gains and astronomical profits. The practice is considered criminal and is punishable by fine and imprisonment and may also lead to seizure and repossession, by government, of part or the entirety of their property so gained.
